The Palmetto Presbytery is one of the 68 regional divisions of the Presbyterian Church in America, a conservative, reformed, Bible-believing denomination. There are 45 local churches in the Palmetto Presbytery. The Palmetto Presbytery includes all of South Carolina south and east of and including the counties of Aiken, Lexington, Richland, Fairfield and Lancaster.
